This is just too good not to share! Even though it doesn't happen in Tennessee yet, there are plenty of other states still participating ( like my home state of Indiana- Yay Hoosiers!)

On October 9th, if you live in Florida, Indiana, Illinois, New Jersey, Minnesota, Oregon, Pennsylvania or Washington, there is a Halloween Costume Swap Day! The reason? Kids are in and out of the costumes so quickly, why not swap them. How it works- Bring a Costume and Get a Costume! What a GREAT idea!!
